We had a difficult situation with my father passing in Virginia and services and burial in Texas. Family flew in from Virginia, New Jersey and Colorado so all the activities had to be scheduled quickly and coordinated with attention to detail. Sara handled it all very professionally with great sensitivity for my family's needs. The viewing, service and burial with military honors proceeded without any problems and were done just right. I would recommend Greenwood to anyone.

This was my first time dealing with a funeral home, and I started out a little guarded, but I found them (particularly, Sara Dixon) very above-board, transparent, caring, knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Sara made a difficult time so much easier. I would heartily recommend them.

Very caring, compassionate people work with you to make every detail work. If somethinng is not right they fix it. Reggie was such a kind, caring professional to deal with at all times. We felt his attention in every detail. Mike in the floral department created the most amazing casket spray and so captured the feel and tone we wanted. All the floral tributes were just right. We buried my grandmother today. Our Funeral Director, Elizabeth, was amazing. From the first time we met her until today she was in constant communication with my father. She allowed me to be there, as they laid my beautiful grandmother in the ground. She made sure I was okay, both at the Rosary and the funeral service. My husband and I were extremely impressed with the services we received from Greenwood when we were planning a service for our baby girl. Will was absolutely incredible throughout the process. He was kind and compassionate during a time that is unimaginable for any parent. He helped make all of our decisions easy and made sure our requests were met.
