Elizabeth Fernandez was very pleasant to work with during our family's hard time. She made the whole process flow without any issues. Any family would be blessed to have her assist them during a process that is hard for all families.

Our funeral director, Carla, made our decisions as easy as possible and she remained flexible and accommodating with us as we celebrated Mom's life and laid her to rest.

I could not ask for such a sweet and wonderful Director Loren was outstanding and handled everything in such a professional matter.I was dreading it from stories i had heard but boy i can honestly say for the situation it was very comforting and handled with true tenderness. Dont lose that girl she was super.

Very professional and supportive made a sad situation bearable. That weren't pushing for something we didn't want or aggressive in anyway. I was very pleased

Overall it was a very good experience. The only part that could be improved is providing direction to the attendees regarding the reception afterwards and where to go. Weather played into the confusion as fewer people went to th e graveside but those who did not go out were not sure there was a reception or where it was and so they left. Other than that it was organized well and Elizabeth waz a pleasure to work with. Her calm demeanor makes her perfect for the role she has.
