Very prompt and helpful. Explained what they were doing and charges ahead of time and reviewed at end before bill was paid. <br />
I was very pleased. They were great. They came in below the bid, showed up when they were supposed to. I highly recommend them.
Greenwood Moving and Storage made my complicated move much less stressfull. Both homes had logistical nightmares for the crews, but they never once winced or complained, even on a scorchingly hot day. And after 2 weeks in storage, everything arrived safe and sound. The guys were friendly, courteous, and profressional. I will use them again!
I've dealt with movers before and it is stressful and usually not a pleasant experience. HOWEVER, Greenwood Moving & Storage was absolutely AMAZING! <br /> They were the only one of the six movers I called for an estimate to give me a ball park over the phone then actually send someone out to give a real quote. They were wonderful and they secure my stuff like it was theirs. They were excellent in all aspects. I would use them again in the future if needed and I recommend them to everyone.
After interviewing Greenwood owner, Keith, for a move to Florida, we decided we liked what we heard and what he offered as a company. The price was fine especially since we would have the same individuals unloading the truck that loaded the truck. All his employees were VERY professional and courteous, handled all our items with special care and explained all the procedures before they started. On May 18, 2012 Hollis and Terry from Greenwood Moving andStorage arrived at my homeat the promised time,after introducing themselves and a quick tour of my home they started the moving process.They both were very professional and courteous. After setting the furniture up in my new home they wanted me to look at each room to make sure the furniture was where I wanted it placed and if not they would move it. Would I use Greenwood Moving and Storage again, you bet, and I would requestHollis and Terry. Great job guys!
