They were young and pleasant. They walked through the house to see what needed moving. They packed, moved and were pleasant, even when my father-in-law hovered around them. They moved about three rooms of furniture.
Making an appointment with Greenwood Moving by phone was easy. I made the reservation for an afternoon truck unload about three weeks before our move. The scheduling person was helpful and pleasant. Then, Greenwood's movers, Pop, Matt and Mike arrived on time and worked non-stop in the July heat tounload our stuff. On the day of the move the crew arrived on time but I was told when I hired Greenwood movers there would be a three-man crew - there were only two guys. The hourly rate was reduced because of the smaller crew size but they had a difficult time moving my heavier items. It also took longer than I had anticipated. <br /> <br /> In the end there was damage done to my furniture and the walls in both the old house and the new house. Four man crew showed up on time along with two trucks (we were expecting one truck and two trips). The four guys busted their butts for eight hours to get our stuff moved over. They were extremely professional but yet were having fun with each other. The estimate for time was dead on and the estimate for the price was a bit higher, ended up being a big cheaper than we expected. They were worth every penny we paid, you won't regret hiring this company.
My interaction was great. They got the job done and it went very smoothly. They were very professional and were there to help. They were very punctual. I had used them a couple of years ago.
I spent around $950. They picked up and moved all of our furniture and large objects from our old house in Franklin and moved into our house here in Greenwood. They were really easy to work with. When we got to our new house, I showed him our house, main doorway of the rooms and then I stood in the doorway while they brought the stuffs in.
