Our table of 6 enjoyed eating on the covered patio. There were menu items to meet everyone's taste. Our service was very good and everyone enjoyed their food.
There was a group of eight of us for dinner before a play at the Westfield Playhouse. Our server Rachael was amazing with wonderful service. Everyone was happy with their dinner selections. I would highly recommend Grindstone on the Monon.
Service from our waiter and the food were both good. Timing was a struggle between the kitchen and the bar so things did feel a bit disjointed throughout the service. While the food was pretty spot on from a quality / portion / price aspect we found the cocktails to be very overpriced for what was actually received.
Server was great. The overall staff was great too but got backed up. Not sure if it’s short on bodies or finally there are back to capacity with guests again. Had to cancel our 2nd round of drinks ordered before food arrived since the drinks never got out of the bar. Overall was a very nice dinner.
Second time dining here, both times food is average. Lots of choices on the menu, decently priced, but each meal has been just ok. Servers are very pleasant.
Service was exceptional. The fish was very good and prepared nicely. A little displeased with the “Tarter Sauce” as it was more like a dill dressing than tarter sauce! Would be my place for fish IF there were a real tarter sauce! Slider tenderloin was lacking meat and the filet was gristly. Probably won’t order again!
Blackened Mahi Mahi was a disappointment, pretty flavorless. Everything else was fine, service was good, atmosphere very pleasant on the patio.
Great meal again, able to be seated outside as requested. Very good server! I think her name was Kennedy.
Great service, excellent food and a host (Todd) who actually REMEMBERS you and makes sure you're happy. We also had another manager stop by our table to make sure everything was to our liking. Consistently good service, atmosphere and menu. Never a bad choice.
