It was good. They ran out of the good bourbon. And salads came out with the food, after being asked to come out first. Other then that it was a solid experience. I’d recommend it and go back. Seems like a lot of good options on the menu and food was of great quality.
The quality of the food hasn’t been as great lately. And the server doesn’t write down the order and has messed it up twice. Really enjoyed this place after it first opened but just so so now.
Fun place. Beautiful night to eat on their patio....but it’s not quiet & cozy out there. Some in our party liked food better than others. I had steak salad & it was great. Beef Tenderloin sliders got high marks. We’d go back
The noice level was high. A few kinks in the service but the food was good.
We went late on a Wednesday night; there were not many customers. We received very good service. Two of us had steaks which were very good. The third person had an encrusted salmon which was unique and very good. The atmosphere was extremely nice. We will definitely make a return visit.
Very friendly, attentive without being annoying. Food was delicious and service was amazing. Definitely going back!
OpenTable worked fine at reservation. Server was pleasant, but may have been spread too thin and items like refilling water glasses and getting a status of our order were infrequent Fish and chips were great (beer batter on fish was perfect) Waffle fries could have been crisped a little longer and the slaw was forgettable. Onion soup was flawless with ample cheese and a rich beef/onion broth. Good food. Cool place. Slightly rude staff.
Our server was very attentive. Love that Grindstone on the Monon takes reservations! We had a group of 8 and everyone enjoyed their meals. The hamburgers are very juicy.
