With only two exceptions, the caregivers have been exceptional. Just received "training" email today from Ally. Wish I had it before. Griswold, based on my conversation today with Ally, needs to instruct caregivers to sign in and sign out from within the home and only use the Ally app to make certain they have actually logged in or out. Had those two things been done, highly unlikely we would have had the three billing issues experienced.

My dad was well taken care of while he was there. The staff cared about his well being and did all they could to get stronger. The kitchen staff even went beyond the call of duty and bought foods to accommodate his intolerance to gluten. The staff made sure my mother and I were kept in the loop. Thank you for the good care you provided my Dad while he was there!
