My Dad received the care that he needed without me having to worry. He lived at home for all his remaining years which is what he wanted. Also Griswold provided oversight by a nurse and any concerns were reported to me. Griswold provided suggestions when possible and coordinated special attention where needed. Special thanks to Kathie and Temikoe and Marsha and Melissa who were really excellent in every way.

The caregiver we had was very attentive to my mother. Took care of mom as if she was her own mother. The only negative, didnt realize until I started cleaning out the kitchen. Everthing had a greasy residue on it. I assume she used alot of grease when cooking.

For the most part very happy with the office staff and most aids. Some have been lacking in attitude but are good caregivers. Our best aid ever is Winny Cooper excellent aid and companion to her clients. Excellent attitude and disposition. We absolutely love her. Sharon is excellent to work with as well. She is always helpful and responsive ðŸ˜Š
