I have been very satisfied with with the care both Addy and Verna have given to my parents. They are two very kind and patient women.

For the most part I have had good experience with the staff. There was one person whom I did not feel comfortable with on the monthly calls.

the first aid was not attentive enough, the replacement was very good

Good people with Griswold, be nice to keep the same caretaker for longer periods of time so they can get to know their patient better. Office people are top notch

At times, changes in a client's condition may necessitate a change in caregivers, but most often, and unfortunately, we don't have control over the caregiver's availability when it comes to more personal reasons for changes to their work schedules. Everyone has been very helpful in assisting our family through the process of hiring a caregiver. Sharon is very patient and thorough in helping us deal with our insurance company. Cathy the nurse is kind and thoughtful. Tracey and Kathy in the office are easy to talk to and follow up on issues. Most of all, we are so lucky to have our caregiver. Kadidia is wonderful.
