Office staff was caring and thorough. We did have an issue with the first caregiver but Griswold replaced her with a wonderful caring person. My only suggestion is to modernize your payment system so that a third party can make a single weekly or monthly payment on behalf of the one being cared for. Paying the caregiver directly for their service and Griswold for their portion is not customer focused and difficult to organize for some.

Since day 1 our experience with Griswold has been top notch. Kathi Connolly has always made Mom's care a priority (as I'm sure she does with all clients). She hand picked the two main caregivers, Joanne and Anna, as perfect for Mom. And they are. I would highly recommend Griswold to anyone.

My aunt and uncle utilized your services for over 20 years until last year when they were no longer in NJ. They were very pleased. Kathi did an outstanding job on providing the caregivers who were the best fit. Great office staff too. Highly recommend.

The caregivers and organization are very professional. Further, they provide the utmost care with tremendous compassion. They have become like family. I truly believe that my Mom is still alive because of the friendship the caregivers have afforded to her.

I am confused why the nurse that comes to see my Dad does not perform a blood pressure reading, temperature, anything nursing related. You could send a social worker to ask average questions. Why would you send an LPN to ask questions but not check the patient out? I find that very odd. Iam a volunteer EMT and as part of the medical field it would be similar to me going on a first aid call and asking the person, hey how are you feeling and that is it, that goes on my report.
