I've been going to Subaru for the life of my car for oil changes. The price has increased a lot and not sure I will continue to use my dealership. Too expensive. The personnel are great. Was good to see Brett although he isn't behind the desk anymore. Tiannah was terrific.

The battery in our Subaru Outback died and I could not get a replacement through AAA. Groove Subaru, where we purchased the car, was able to get us in within an hour so we did not have to turn the car off once it was jumped. Sophia kept us informed of all the work and was friendly and efficient. I appreciate all her efforts.

Haley was great to work with at Groove Subaru service department. They found the problem that I was having with a wheel noise and had to replace the ball joint. I would highly recommend her if you have any service issues with your Subaru!
Consistently friendly service with solid repairs. Highly recommend this service center. I've had my Subaru for 20 years and no one else has had my car on a rack. It's still going strong at over 200K.
