Joshua was very kind and understanding. While driving home from the airport my car suddenly sounded like it exploded and starting making a very loud noise. I called and Joshua got me in right away. My car was towed in. When the work was finished, Joshua sent a car to pick me up. I thought I would be without my car for several days, but the work was completed the same day.
Purchase of our pre-owned 2017 Subaru Forester was a great experience. Andrew Franco did a fabulous job keeping us apprised on all steps throughout the process. He went the extra mile to help with all the logistics. Also a great experience working with Neil Bligh in the Finance Dept, getting all the paperwork completed including a Bumper to Bumper service contract. Thanks also to Paul Sarnecki who made sure the car was sparkling for us! Very much appreciated.
