Steve did the job we asked of him. He handled the new car situation rather quickly. Finance on the other hand ignored my one request and it took almost 3 hours, once we said we wanted to buy the car, to get out of the dealership. 2.5 of those hours were literally us just sitting and waiting, this is after our finance application was done and approved. Not too happy about the downtime and lack of updates. Beyond that, it was a smooth experience and we are happy with our new vehicle.
My sales person, Sergio, was very patient and a pleasure to deal with. The whole experience was somewhat frustrating due to the continuous haggling over price. I was exhausted after 5 hours.
Overall great experience. They worked well with my situation and made a good deal on my purchase.
