My name is FNU Dadkhuda Bought my home through guidance residential on Sep-first I thought they are the best mortgage bank /company but I was wrong because they told me we need you to pay for the full amount of home insurance and I did pay that from sep-2023 to Sep- 2024 but some how they are still charging me when I checked my online portal account. I called them neither could convince me nor resolved the issues. I hate this when mortgages companies do this .
