We closed on our new home in Illinois with the help of Guidance Residential. This is actually our second we through with guidance residential after selling our home in Michigan. I just closed on our first house and had such a great experience with Guidance Residential as a whole and especially Mr. Samer Tajeddin, very professional, helpful, and willing to dedicate enough time to answer all my questions. Every time he sent me any email requesting documents, he would call me and explain to me in details how I can get them, that saved me plenty of time. They were very quick, precise, and organized, and able to get my file ready for closing even before the agreed day.

My first experience with Guidence residential was 5 years ago when I bought my condo and the second experience was last month for buying my house. The are simply straight forward and professional.
