Had a very nice experience with Guidance. MOHAMMED CHOWDHURY is the person I worked with. For my house closing I initially went with CHASE, and they had some issues with loan near closing and got me very upset very much. It was month of Ramadan and someone gave me Mohammed's #. I reached out to brother Mohammed and requested him if he can get me loan with better rate and also needed to get me loan in 2 weeks or so, as our closing was very near.
