Guidance provides excellent service and their staff are highly professional. I cannot recommend them enough. I have 2 mortgages with them, and they are very efficient in their job. Brother Nasser was amazing and very responsive to any questions I had. Regarding the larger debate on riba, some people complain that Guidance is no better than other mortgage companies. The entire journey with Guidance Residential was an amazing experiences. The loan officer Mohammad Chowdhury is an extremely knowledgeable and helpful person.
