Asslamu Aleykuym, I recently closed on my home equity loan with Guidance Residential. When I applied for the loan Fatima Elherz was our loan agent. I have nothing but best things to say about Fatima. She was always available to take a call, answer an email or answer any questions we had. Unfortunately, she was the only one that did her job.
