Was very easy
The purpose of car repair was excellent The process. Was great starting with the agent , coverage of repair cost and,,payment to the service station
Everything want well with get the repairs to my car, but the one thing me as well as Lexus didn't understand was why I had to pay the taxes of the repair on top of my deductible after all I'm already paying for this warranty or should I say paid for my warranty other than this I'm satisfied with GWC !!!!! And thank you for all yall help
My 2012 Ford Edge needed the power transfer unit replaced, big job. GWC covered the cost for a new unit plus installation. Thank you GWC!

When my wife took her Mercedes C350 to the service center, the technician contacted us and GWC the next day. GWC's customer service dept. reviewed our technicians' diagnosis of the problem and approved the repair the same day. The only delays were our service technician unable to get the parts in less than 48 hours, and the fact that they are closed on weekends. However, that was no reflection on GWC. GWC's prompt and courteous service team contributed to my wife being back in her car in a week. Thanks GWC.
