I was surprised to receive a call from one of your reps asking me about the pending repair. Asking me 1) what was the problem, 2) when did the problem start. That was a first.

I took my car to the shop and it turns out my axle was bad a long-ass my rack and pinion. The job was done quickly and the process for using this warranty was fast and painless. I appreciate that So much.

The mechanic shop said that they had no problems getting this repair approved. I did have to pay an additional $20 for shop supplies. But I am overall happy with this warranty.
