Went in for some transmission work and the mechanics found some other issues. GWC assisted and worked very well with the shop I had do the work. The lady at the shop was very pleased with there assistance and professionalism during the process and the speedy payment after services were done. Thankful to have a warrenty company that actually does what it says it will do in there brochure. Very satisfied!!

I have to confess that at first I was nervous about how GWC would respond if I ever filed a claimed. My first call to them was a little disconcerting but it wasn't really anything major so I handled the repair myself. However, when I had major transmission problems, GWC sent a technician to the BMW service shop and he and the shop got my car back on the road at no cost to me. Next I had a problem with the four wheel drive system and GWC and the BMW shop worked everything thing out and I only had to pay the shop differential ... read more

This time was good. I hope the use turbo is good. The shop toke more then two weeks to give me my car back . But other than that You guys did well on the deal. I like it. This time I pay what I was been told when I renewed the warranty. Thank you
