I was very pleased that the extended warranty that I had purchased covered the recent repairs to my vehicle that I had just purchased. It gives me a sense of confidence knowing that should something happen to the car, I may have some help in getting it repaired.

I liked that they let my own mechanic do the work instead of my having to get it towed to a facility they chose. They were polite and professional. They worked quite cooperatively with and paid promptly the service facility. I don’t quite understand why they wouldn’t pay the sales tax on the part required which caused my copay to be over $200. Other than that, I was very satisfied and so were the people at the service facility.

I was very pleased to hear that my repairs were covered. It took a heavy load off my mind cause I wasn’t sure if I could pay for the repairs. I thank you for responding so fast and that I wasn’t put in a not so good situation of not having a car.

Easy to use, few phone calls. Only 1 provider near me. But they were on target! quick! Fast! And really pleasant to deal with!!!
