Within a couple days our claim was approved, parts were ordered and had our vehicle back in a week. The warranty worked out well for us and would recommend it when buying a used vehicle.
Gave me peace of mind on the purchase of a used vehicle. Had an issue about 2 months after purchase and they covered it.

Fast and courteous service, from getting the tow service to getting the repair authorization to complete the work.
Helpful in that it saves money, but challenging to know if the repair will be covered or not. Also challenging that some of the services required to fix a covered item is not covered. (Ie- throttle body flush not covered when fixing o2 sensor that is covered)
