I came in for a oil change and I mentioned that I received a recall notification but forgot to bring it with me. Cedric said no problem, he looked it up and got it taken care of right then. It only took a few extra minutes and I walked out with a great peace of mind.

Took my truck in for a recall repair. My keys were locked in the vehicle by accident after I left and I had to go back with a spare key. My service rep made the experience feel minor because of her great attitude and understanding of the inconvenience to me. Never thought I would be saying it was not a bad experience. In fact it was one of my most pleasurable experience taking my vehicle in for service.
