5 Star : My Experience Unfortunately, insurance deemed my vehicle a total loss, but Gwinnett Place Body Shop made this experience a great one. Ken was calm and patient with me and helped me through the process of getting my things and releasing my vehicle. I received follow-ups by the Body Shop, and not once did I feel like they were too busy to help me. The entire staff was kind and attentive from the moment I first called them.
