The hardest thing about our experience was picking a color! Geo was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. We felt like we got a good deal and a great car.

I’m always impressed by the amazing customer service they provide. Especially Charles in service. No matter what my vehicles need Charles always comes through. This time we were there for our F150. We needed a new headlight and we had to have a diagnostic on the engine. They always take good care of us. Making sure we are comfortable during the wait and keeping us up to date. We have 4 fords and we would not go any where else. Thank you Gwinnett ford and Charles for amazing service!

I worked with Michael Duke and he was absolutely wonderful, profession, patient and informative. He called and kept me up to date every step of the way of what was going on with my vehicle. I had visited another Ford dealership for service and I had a less than favorable experience, but Michael made up for it and took care of me and my vehicle and I am beyond thrilled.

I had to have my car serviced again and like always mike dukes always go up and beyond to make sure I am pleased with the service the ford family has provided for me..I don't know the guy name who fixed the issues with my tire but he did a marvelous job again thank u both😍😍😍😍

My visit was great. Dropped my car off. Manny Delgado and Glenn Peterson have always been excellent to work with. Dropped it off in the morning picked it up a few hours later and I was ready to go
