I’m always impressed by the amazing customer service they provide. Especially Charles in service. No matter what my vehicles need Charles always comes through. This time we were there for our F150. We needed a new headlight and we had to have a diagnostic on the engine. They always take good care of us. Making sure we are comfortable during the wait and keeping us up to date. We have 4 fords and we would not go any where else. Thank you Gwinnett ford and Charles for amazing service!

I worked with Michael Duke and he was absolutely wonderful, profession, patient and informative. He called and kept me up to date every step of the way of what was going on with my vehicle. I had visited another Ford dealership for service and I had a less than favorable experience, but Michael made up for it and took care of me and my vehicle and I am beyond thrilled.
