Wasn't sure I was even that interested in purchasing a vehicle, but noticed one on the website and figured I'd call about it. Within moments, they had an appointment set for me (and this was late on a Sunday, mind you, when most dealers are closed). From the onset, all went smoothly. We have always had great customer service with Gwinnett Place Ford and especially Gabi Mor. Mr. Mor has been with this location for 17 years and is very helpful, patient and informative.
