Service advisor was extremely Helpful! When I visited Halton Honda to discuss a problem I was experiencing with my car, the Service Advisor Cory Ferguson was extremely helpful and very professional. He listened intently, made notes and set up an appointment for a diagnostic check. When I arrived for the appointment, early, Cory met with me, discussed the plan of action, established a time line and arranged for shuttle to deliver me home. Great Dealership with amazing staff. I had never bought a new car before - only pre-owned and with little research. My sales rep, Ryan was super helpful explaining all the features, benefits, and options for my car purchase. He made a my experience super easy. Amit was also great with the financing experience. Overall, I love my new car and am super thankful to wonderful staff.
Tire pressure Driving home from Peterborough and my tire pressure light came on. Hard time to find a working air pump. Took it to Halton 5 minutes before closing and they took it in right away and had it fixed in 10 minutes. Always reliable.
Finally a great experience after a few not so great 41/2 out of 5 stars to Cory Ferguson my adviser. would have given him a 5 had he called to let me know the parts arrived the next morning. 5 stars for being progessive and having a female shuttle driver who was very nice. 5 stars to Brad who spoke with me and reviewed my invoice. Thanks all! This was a much better experience than the last few.
Excellent customer service & Maintenance Very helpful staff when checking in and picking up our vehicle. Explanation of the repairs and other checks performed were outstanding. Very friendly staff and had the car returned within the timeline stated.

Sales and Oil change services Fast and very friendly, professional service! Sale occurred earlier this year with Albert and Dwayne, who were awesome; both have been helpful on an ongoing basis with financial and parts questions. Nigel was great when I came in for my first oil change! Omar is also super helpful and friendly over email (I don't see his name below). Thanks all!
