Service Brought my Ridgeline in for an A1 service and the work was completed in the time provided to me at drop off, the text alerts are a welcome addition to the Halton Honda communications.
Sept 28 Car was serviced and completed as promised. Shuttle drivers were prompt and friendly. Shaun was professional, courteous, and friendly as always. Better experience than my last visit.
Service Brought Civic in for Type B service and was told that there were many issues to deal with that it was going to cost me well over $1000. After speaking with the advisor, we were able to identify the necessary areas that needed attention and reduce the cost of repairs.
type A service for my honda civic I was quickly greeted by a honda rep and he indicated how long the service would take. I enjoyed a coffee and looked at the new models of cars on display. My car was ready when promised and had even been washed. Have always been impressed by the service and the reps.
Bring car in for oil change The service department was very friendly and helped with my needs. The service shuttle helped me get to and from my work place. Thanks again.

Accomodating Service My daughter lives out of town and needed some service on her car. We were leaving on a family vacation and were very appreciative of the accommodation of Halton Honda to take care of the service. My daughter dropped the car off at the dealership, and the keys with a note (in the dropbox) in the early hours of the morning before we left, making arrangements to touch base by phone when we landed in Chicago for our layover. Service visit The line line up to pick up vehicle was big. 3 customers waiting before me and at least one after me and only two service reps taking the customers. May be others were on their break.
