Service was great but I was disappointed it took longer than anticipated. initially I was told the service would be about 1 1/2 hours so I opted to wait when I made the appointment. It took almost 2 1/2 hours. Alex explained staff shortage due to an employee calling in sick. Alex gave me a free car wash which reduced my annoyance.
My 2014 Honda CR-V makes me smile!! We're happy with our new vehicle!! It runs smoothly and rides comfortably. We love the heated seats and cruise control. We enjoyed a pleasant drive from Burlington to Montreal and home to Thunder Bay. Thank you!!
Super Customer Service Customer Service was excellent, the mechanics did a good job with the assistance of techs from Honda, repaired the the problems (ball joint and valve adjustments) along with a few other tests performed to make sure the vehicle was safe to drive off the lot. Brad has always been very friendly and helpful. The service of the shuttle driver was greatly appreciated being quick and friendly.
quick, fast & quality Went in for a new battery - in & out within 1/2 hour - fantastic. Have dealt with Halton Honda since the 1980's. Both our vehicles are Hondas (Accord & Civic). They've always been great for both sales & service.
caring, attentive and quality work had to get some stain marks buffed out. Dave Kristulic arranged this and even had a loaner for the time. the job was done early and was totally fabulous. I've never been treated like this elsewhere.
Brad in Service is always top-notch !!! Brad is very knowlegible and explains everything being done at a non-mechanic's level that i can understand. I have full confidence with what Brad suggests for the serviceing of my 2011 CRV..
