Enjoyable experience Very quick, love the online booking option for service. And the shuttle drivers were lovely, especially Mr. Brown! I appreciated the ride home and pick up. Not something I usually take advantage of. My concerns were addressed and I will be back for next service appt.

visited halton honda to have Mint B done on my CRV Was welcomed when approaching service desk(very important to most people). Friendly greeting by service advisor. Had all information ready for my visit. I was ready to go within a few minutes and Marc had already notified the driver that I needed a ride. Really appreciated the service and it means a lot in my decision to replace vehicle in May.
Recalled passenger side air bag Excellent service from Jamal as well as shuttle service. This is what keeps me coming back. Been a customer for awhile now. Highly recommended to anyone.
Great service by Brad. I usually deal with Alex for my service. He has "held my hand" through all services since my husband passed. He explains everything to me and gives me tips on looking after my CR V. This month I was due for service and dropping by the dealership to make an appointment was told they could do my oil change right away. Alex was on holiday and Brad looked after me. First Honda, 2003, love it. I have been with Halton Honda since 2003 when I became the proud owner of a Honda Civic. The salesperson sold me, I already had my eye on the Honda, and he just reinforced my decision with his friendliness, treated me respectfully, patience, and courteous.
