Excellent customer service I came into Halton Honda for my appointment to have my oil changed and to check on my concern about a noise I was hearing when I was pleasantly greeted by Brad Mordue. After discussing my issues with my vehicle he advised me to complete the concern I was having and to hold on for the oil change until I was coming in next month for my tires to be changed as my km’s on my vehicle were still well within the limit ...I was very happy that he took time to advise me with my options. Excellent friendly service as usual Mike and his team are always supporting the customer’s needs. Halton Honda has a very friendly atmosphere. One never feels any pressure whatsoever to purchase. The team is very knowledgeable and kind.

When I picked my car up, he was efficient and friendly and advised my car had been washed! I was very pleased.
My vehicle had trouble starting. My 2008 Honda CRV (240,000 km) was having trouble starting and eventually stranded me in a parking lot. After extensive testing at Halton Honda, it was determined to be the Starting Motor. With the age of my car, it was suggested an “after market” starting motor be used to keep costs down. I appreciated this with the age and high kilometres on my vehicle. Annette G.

Exceeded my expectation every time It was an emergency where my CRV battery die overnight, car was boosted and drove in the next morning without appointment. Yet Brad was very accommodating and was able to check and repair my CRV right the way along with the upcoming maintenance service done. Car was fixed and I was out in no time. Navigation System replaced The navigation system on my 2017 CRV Touring was malfunctioning. Halton Honda replaced the unit. I dropped the car off at 9:00 am and picked it up at 3:30 pm.
