Good service-good experience! Walked in without Appointment! Service manager drove my vehicle with me to diagnose problem. Needed rear brake work Service advisor (Jamal) outlined my options with good advice. Work and time in shop was very satisfactory. Ready same day but I could not pick up my vehicle until the second day. Shuttle drivers first and second day were friendly and efficient,
Professional, but time consuming. Ultimately I was fully satisfied, but it took 2 visits which is a big time waster. While I appreciate the professional attitude displayed by all personnel, it was unclear why the parts couldn't have been replaced during then initial visit.
Quick, courteous, and helpful. Gave the rating because the service advisor Nigel Woods was very helpful and provided full explanations of service. The car was ready a half hour early and Nigel phoned to arrange pickup. Service was done professionally.
The service was excellent The service advisor was so helpful. He talked so polite and informative. The shuttle driver was very nice. Despite of the bad weather, I enjoyed my ride just listening and talking to him.
Replace O2 sensor Yeah, well, the sensor was slow to respond. My choice was to replace it now, or in a few weeks. Might as well get it done.
Top-notch service, as usual Whenever I needed any type of service (maintenance or recalls), Brad has always provided it in a shortest possible time, even with a very short-time notice. Not just that, but also he has ensured that the quality work is what we get. Last week, I brought in (unexpectedly) two of our Honda vehicles. Brad and your mechanics serviced them without any questions and problems.
Excellent Service I have been a customer at HaltonHonda for many years. Honda cars are great cars, but what really keeps me coming back is the service. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. The work is always explained, my questions are completely answered and on occasion I have dropped in with a small problem and they have addressed it right away. I would not consider purchasing any other vehicle or going to any other dealership.
Great service I brought up car into Nigel in the service department as my battery kept dying in my 2017 Accord. It ended up needing the radio replaced as it was draining my battery even when the car was off. Nigel was great to work with and ended up loaning me a car as mine took a few days to diagnose and fix the issue. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
