Great staff, great doctor. Procedure was quick and I didn’t even need a pain reliever after my root canal. I would recommend them.
The office staff is very helpful, kind and professional. Furthermore, Dr Dean explains his findings and discusses alternatives thoroughly and patiently.
Dr Pugh is the only doctor I will ever allow to do an Endodontic procedure on me. I have gone through a lot of dental trauma and do not take trusting anyone in the dental field lightly. Dr. Pugh has been the only doctor who has been professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring towards my needs. The bonus is his procedures are so flawless, I don’t endure pain or after problems. Yesterday Dr. Pugh fixed a poorly done root canal that I have suffered with for a few years. I was terrified of going through that procedure again but his staff was very helpful and suggested sedation. Dr. Pugh was able to fix my molar in 1 visit and explained everything he did. He was very professional and I am so thankful to say that I needed very few of the pain meds he prescribed. Thank you Dr. Pugh.

Reception wasn’t too terribly helpful, but they were friendly. Lady in billing was super helpful, friendly & professional. She cringed with me at the cost. LoL! Dr. Didato was very professional & sympathetic. Will use again.
