I almost left the mall and went back home to tell my dad to look on line and by a ring for my mom. They have been married for 40 years and he wants to buy her a beautiful diamond ring for Christmas and asked me to go check things out. A huge thanks goes to the location in North Shore mall, I was drawn in my a Movado museum watch and got the pleasure to meet Abby, she was knowledgeable about the product and super helpful. When I told her that I already had a movado bold watch from years ago that needed a new battery, she quickly informed me that they offered the service at a fraction of what I had been quoted from the original purchase store.
