My husband purchased my engagement ring and wedding band from Hannoush Jewelers 16 years ago and we received excellent customer service. Fast forward 16 years and I went into the store today to have my rings cleaned. I expected that they would have to have them for a few days but the wonderful staff said they could do it today and it would be done within an hour!
