I walked into Hannoush to get a battery for my husbands watch. The other store had to send out for 4 weeks. I was greeted by Chris and he was happy to change the battery for me and was very personable stringing up conversation with my 7 year old son. Asking him if he was excited to be going back to school. My son was so happy that Chris was talking with him.

Chris was amazing. Gave me 3 different options on fixing my aunts ring which I inherited. Clearly explained each option. Very knowledgeable in his field.
