Chris was amazing. Gave me 3 different options on fixing my aunts ring which I inherited. Clearly explained each option. Very knowledgeable in his field. We came for a watch for my birthday, Chris and the Courtney were amazing. They gave us an amazing deal and their customer service was excellent. I would 100% recommend them to anyone that asks! It was altogether the best experience.

Chris and Courtney were both fantastic!! I came in two weeks before my wedding to get some bracelets adjusted, and unlike some other stores who had to ship jewelry out for adjustments, they were able to do it in store and immediately! Everything fits perfectly now and I still can’t believe how quickly and expertly they were able to do the work!
