We went in a little nervous because a small diamond fell out of my Tacori engagement ring from 18 years ago. I wear it every day and barely take it off and noticed the small diamond on the side was gone and Bailey Banks and Biddle is no longer in business. Chris repaired a missing diamond chip from my wife’s engagement ring. It turned out GREAT!! He also cleaned and inspected that ring and two other rings. And the price was extremely fair!

I walked in to just browse some watches and started chatting with Courtney. She was pleasant, patient and very accommodating. I was so pleased with my experience and purchase.
