Shawn from 1800 Hansons was professional and went above and beyond on our window repair! From the beginning he was amazing! He called us to ask if it was okay to be a little early, then he showed up and immediately got to work. He could have just re-caulked our window, but he identified other issues and fixed those for us as well. Thank you Shawn for going above and beyond!

This is a review of my experience with Sean Peebler only. Sean is responsible and professional. Sean came in during the nightmare that was this process and made it much better. I appreciate that he is customer oriented and made me feel that I would be taken care of.

It took several months to get 3 windows installed. When the installers came, the largest window was too small and wasn’t installed , another window panel was cracked when it arrived and was installed, to be replaced. The 3rd window wasn’t even brought to be installed. Months later the installers came again and installed the largest window. The window panel that was to be replaced was the wrong size, so, again I still have a cracked window and the 3rd window was installed.
