My initial installation of three bay windows was horrendous. The crew failed to install required flashing, did not install windows at the proper depth, and broke a side window. When asked about these issues they begrudgingly attempted to only fix the depth but then left a mess with foam. After this install, the initial call to see how it went was productive. Shawn was highly knowledgeable and and efficient in not only fixing the problems where a part order was not needed, but he checked all the windows and made sure they were working properly.
