updating 2022 review. Apparently they still have a problem getting the back of the car clean, but I mentioned that to the person I paid (verifying I could go through again if needed) and he said to ask the person at the front of the car wash to hand pressure wash the back. I checked the car out carefully afterwards and could not find any fault... really nice to see transformation of my dirty, dusty Subaru Forester!
My wife and I have been using Happy's since they opened. I have found the service to be great, the staff friendly and helpful. and the facility convenient. If you take your car here, you will get a thorough wash and blow dry. It is not a hand wash job, and it seems some of the negative reviews expected just that. I highly recommend Happy's.
Always satisfied with the wash and the attendants are very polite and helpful. I recommend them!
Nothing happy about this place. Will damage your average age cars, trucks, and SUV and take NO responsibility. Avoid! Not a Happy Customer!
Meh. Probably fine for the $10. But I blew $20 and my wife's car was still covered in dirt on the back (see photos) because their wipers and equipment doesn't go there. They do not have their staff scrub the back and front like other places do. A waste of money. I was there on August 31, 2024.
I went to the Albany location yesterday 3/22/24 at about 1:40ish, and I had the worst service I could imagine. The attendant at the pay station looked like he completely hated his job, and was very short with me. I think his name was Lucas. After the pay station, I was pulling up to the wash itself. The woman, who's name was Hannah, working at the entrance was on her phone, and didn't even notice I was there. She barely even looked up from her phone when she did see me. I only ever have a great experience coming to this car wash and their oil changes are fantastic. They offered a beverage before pulling through for maintenance. I'm impressed with their service. Thank you
