had my pickup damaged-the carwash drive chain malfunctioned had my truck and car in front and behind damaged too. They tried to blame it on the car in front. They have no saftey shutoff that automatically shuts the drive chain off. They demanded my insurance information when they were the ones at fault. Said they would get ahold of me the next day and never did. I will never go back and you take a risk if you do. Operated by a bunch of kids that really don't know how to interact with the public. Nothing happy about this place. Will damage your average age cars, trucks, and SUV and take NO responsibility. Avoid! Not a Happy Customer!
Meh. Probably fine for the $10. But I blew $20 and my wife's car was still covered in dirt on the back (see photos) because their wipers and equipment doesn't go there. They do not have their staff scrub the back and front like other places do. A waste of money. I was there on August 31, 2024.
I went to the Albany location yesterday 3/22/24 at about 1:40ish, and I had the worst service I could imagine. The attendant at the pay station looked like he completely hated his job, and was very short with me. I think his name was Lucas. After the pay station, I was pulling up to the wash itself. The woman, who's name was Hannah, working at the entrance was on her phone, and didn't even notice I was there. She barely even looked up from her phone when she did see me. I only ever have a great experience coming to this car wash and their oil changes are fantastic. They offered a beverage before pulling through for maintenance. I'm impressed with their service. Thank you

side brushes not working. went back through and the attendants said it's been broke for a few days. half my car wasn't clean. I took my fiancées car through the wash a week ago and it didn't look good either. should be shut down until it's fixed.

I almost never write reviews. Only when something is amazing, or in this case absolutely terrible. There are two issues to address here, and I'll start by saying that I should have known better. I thought maybe other reviewers weren't on top of things. Or too picky. Or whatever, but it would be fine for me. I stand corrected. Let's start with the membership.
