So easy to get hooked in by signing in with credit card - BUT once signed up for monthly service there is no way to CANCEL!!! Website does not allow that option & no phone number! This appears to be a deceptive business practice.

Went thru carwash with a moderately dirty car...came out with a "less moderately dirty car". Was disappointed in the poor quality of the wash. No better than with the prior ownership, just more expensive. Note: Also used the oil change operation...they did a good job, but it was a constant upsell of additional products and services, to the point of very annoying. The bill could have easily reached a $1000, on a car with only 15,000 miles. A lot of the upsell was not needed in any way.. So much that I will not go back! You ha... read more

The rating stars should offer a minus sign... Buyer Beware! Did you get the whole spiel North Albany's 'Happy's Car Wash' rep was pouring into your head? Did he tell you he needed your credit card number for the Free car wash because there is a 1¢ charge put on your card right away, which will disappear later, and "It's just for counting customers", quote, unquote. Great car wash and great customer service. Nothing fancy but it was just what I needed and my car looked great afterwards. I really enjoyed the no hassle drive-thru and will be coming back for my next car wash.
Today I took happy's offer for a free car wash to see if it was any better than the last. After my last visit I was contacted and told they were still trying to adjust the equipment to fix problems with cars not getting clean, even though I've never seen anyone checking to see how the vehicles come out. Today I was met be more people really trying to push the monthly service but again didn't see anyone seeing how the cars were coming out of the wash. We are still in the process of adjusting the tunnel equipment to deliver the most thorough wash possible and have made many adjustments during our Grand Opening period to better serve our guests vehicles. I have always been one who thought car washes were for people who didn't own a hose...and then I heard great things about our new Happy's, so I decided to actually try it (I am, after all, in my 70's, and MAYBE it wouldn't be as bad as I imagined! :) Oh, my gosh...it was absolutely the BEST! Zach and Sully were the 2 attendants I spoke with, and each one just exemplified "happy" to a "t"! The service couldn't be better. Awesome car wash, car came out sparkling clean, great prices and friendly staff with perfect customer service!
I came in about a week ago. Then I came in again a day ago. My car was really dirty and had soda stains on the sides. No one cleaned off the soda stains and they were just left when the car wash was done, lovely. When I went a day ago, still, soda stains not cleaned. All the employees, didn't catch any names, but in particular all the females who work there, are always, constantly, on their phones. Disappointing.

I have to echo the first review. I too wanted a good car wash, also thinking about monthly signup. Many spots missed and the rear almost missed completely. I went through again a couple of hours later, explaining my problem and it seemed to be better. After seeing the manager's comment that they were adjusting the wash for better outcome, I thought I would give it one more try this evening. As you might imagine, each machine has multiple adjustments possible, which makes the job of fine-tuning a number of machines to work in consort with each other complex and tedious.
