Great location and pretty hotel. We just came from the white elephant with excellent customer service. I was not impressed with the service at the Harborview. The only great customer service we received were from the bellmen. Especially Bert, he was always super friendly and willing to go above and beyond. This hotel has the potential to be amazing with a couple customer service, tweaks and handling of certain situations. Beautiful property with amazing views, great service. It's walkable to the downtown core. The neighborhood is exquisite with luxurious homes with beautiful gardens. Extremely safe area.
Beautiful property and accommodations. Ideal stay for a visit to Martha’s Vineyard. Truly exquisite!
Beautiful property, beautifully maintained and very attentive staff. My husband and I had a lovely stay there. The shopping and dining district is an easy ten minute walk from the hotel, but they are happy to give you a lift in their golf carts!
