The hotel in the Ramona wing was nice but not a very enchanting view for $450 a night (looked at the pool) even though I paid for a view of the lighthouse and the water. Staff are wonderful, housekeeping great, and location very nice. Just disappointed in getting a secondary room instead of the first pick-requested a refund of the $145 room charge differential for three nights for two rooms. Exceptional service all around. Elegant property.
My stay at the Harborview has been beyond expectations. The Staff are incredible, always going above and beyond and always made me feel at home. After 5 days, I am sad to be leaving. Bernard you have truly continue to make the magic is the Harborview even more magical
