We loved the porch and drinks in the back bar. The room was ok, carpet was not very clean. The bed and bedding were excellent. The front desk and guest service were friendly but we had a few issues that were not resolved. The charging station is not good for a Tesla, you have to bring your own adapter supposedly. I called twice to make sure we would be able to charge a Tesla and no one said a work about the adapter. Beautiful porch with a great views of the harbor and light house
Great location and pretty hotel. We just came from the white elephant with excellent customer service. I was not impressed with the service at the Harborview. The only great customer service we received were from the bellmen. Especially Bert, he was always super friendly and willing to go above and beyond. This hotel has the potential to be amazing with a couple customer service, tweaks and handling of certain situations. A true gem. Booked here after we walked out of a total dump on the same day. Harbor View is well worth the money!
