Pretty nice place
The location of the property is nice but it is way overpriced for the condition of the building. Paint and floors chipped and having to go outside to go to the rooms. The restaurant also overpriced- food came cold and choices too fancy for average pallet. Rooms were clean and staff nice but a little too pushy wanting to carry bags after saying all set.
A grand old hotel in an amazing location with a long history. The staff has always been wonderful. However, it has been in dire need of a renovation/refresh and new f&b managmemt for years, which is apparently coming in October. Looking forward to the updated version.
Beautiful hotel and grounds -- walking distance to beach across from hotel and into town with restaurants
Hotel was beautiful and overall a great experience. Mattresses need to be updated though. The trip would have been perfect if we had gotten good nights sleep
Perfect location and excellent staff.
The GM of this property is exceptional and you can see that she does her job with a passion and commitment that it’s rare to see. Edgartown Centre is a lovely short walk away with its many restaurants and shops - visitors must try the oysters and lobster tacos at Henry’s - definitely not to be missed !!!! Thank uou harbor view for making my stay so memorable.
