The Hotel was in a great location. Edgartown is so beautiful and it’s on the end of a quiet street across from Edgartown lighthouse. It was absolutely beautiful. The room however left much to be desired. The toilet ran non stop despite me calling the instant we entered the room and I noticed the issue. It was never fixed and got progressively worse throughout our stay. The beds can not be queen size they felt like full so it was very uncomfortable sharing the bed. Love Martha’s Vineyard This hotel is a perfect location. The main hotel inside is really nice. The pub drinks and food were delicious, and the staff so kinda and attentive. The rooms were a tad smaller than I hoped and so were the beds. The wallpaper in the rooms were cool, but a Few things could use upgrades. The pool area was great and so was the staff. The free Starbucks hot and iced coffee in the lobby in the morning was ON POINT. What an awesome hidden gem.

Beautiful views and location in Edgartown. View and location were fantastic. Beautiful area and walking distance to downtown Edgartown. Only two complaints were one of the restaurants was not open due to renovation and we booked and paid for king bed and received queen, mentioned it politely but no amends made.
Wonderful harbour front location and warm welcome. Really enjoyed this hotel and its wonderful harbour front position. Loved the rocking chairs on the porch. Beautiful short walk into town. Room comfortable and well equipped. Sadly did not have good enough weather to use the pool we overlooked but very nice. Friendly helpful staff particularly Kimberley the concierge.
We go to the Harbor View for the location. This is our fifth time at this hotel. We love the location. Hotel could use some updates, but is generally a pleasurable stay. Pool was not heated this year, so we could not go in during the memorial day weekend. Restaurants don't offer a large menu, so we don't eat there. Don't stay close to the stairs in the Mayhew bldg. Lots of noise when people are going up and down and the door is slamming each time.
