The left side of the bed in room 505 was caved in although the bed was a king size I had to sleep in the middle next to my wife, which was not the reason why we paid for a king size bed. When I spoke with the front desk, they offered me $20 voucher at the restaurant which was absolutely horrible also. I cannot believe that I am the first person that slept in that bed that had problems with it that y’all have not purchased a new mattress for that room. I will bro on the hotel.com website and give you a very poor rating.

No EV Charger There was only one elevator working, hallway AC leaking, very very small shower, no room service, no electric vehicle charger(level 1, level 2 or level 3), none working power outlets(110 outlet)in the parking lot and no access to a 220 outlet in parking lot or near hotel. Need electric vehicle charger(s) or access to a 220 outlet.
