Signs said no smooking but smookibg was everuwhere on the first floor
No fridge in rooms. No food or coffee available in mornings, none. Nothing is available to eat or drink in the whole casino or hotel!! This is awful to do to your guests. Coffee shop in lobby stated they were open at 7 am. They were NOT!! We waited for 30 mints and no one ever opened..
The carpet needs a good cleaning it was a smell through out the building. The same for the room the carpets and bathroom need a better cleaning. The restaurant in the casino the customer service is not worth it youngsters standing around socializing and not working
This location has limited dining, basically a food desert! This property needs to be updated. It’s not worth the price! The front desk staff is rude and unprofessional!
Room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, sink, bathroom floor and carpet not clean, food on the wall.
The front desk rep that checked us in on Saturday was wonderful. She as so nice and polite. With that being said, this place is over rated and dirty. I travel with cleaning supplies whenever I'm on the road and for good reason. The floors were dirty, walls filthy, bathroom UGH.....shower and tub rusted so terribly bad. The other guess treat the hallways like a party center at night. This is the only casino that has poor lighting to enter the premises. Everybody's nice is not the same.

Employees are not friendly and nobody smiles or ask if we are enjoying our stay. Worse customer service around! We had a server throw our to go order on our table and kept on walking! Spend your money elsewhere!
Most of the staff is not customer friendly. Not one employee said hello or asked if we were enjoying our stay! One employee at the cafe threw our food on our table that was in a to go bag and kept on walking! No wonder no one likes to go there! DO BETTER! It's not that hard to change. 😜
